MSF Group, in conjunction with the North American company Columbia Hospitality, Inc. and Luis Silvério, has recently created the Columbia Hospitality International (CHI), a consultancy firm for tourist and hotel projects, in addition to all respective management and operational services. Based in Portugal, CHI is focused on the European, South American and African markets.
CHI was established for the purposes of offering reliable, professional and competent support services, advising professional entities and organisations alike who seek to exploit the maximum potential of their tourist projects and respective operations. Hotels, Resorts and Conference Centres are just some of entities to which Columbia Hospitality International is ideally suited.
Areas of activity include Hotel Management Contracts and Consultation Services (Sales and Marketing, Human Resources, Technology, Hotel/Resort Operation, Conference Centres, Golf Courses and Marinas), in addition to related services such as Market Research and Economic and Financial Viability Studies, residential tourism venture project management services during design and construction phases, operational audits, etc.
In addition to consultation services for personalising specific types of services for each project and customer, CHI is also extremely focused on the execution of traditional management contracts, with no restrictions on the part of the owner, characterised by heightened flexibility and full involvement by owners of hotel units or complexes, ensuring full and effective completion of all project related goals and objectives.
CHI is a partnership between the MSF Group, Columbia Hospitality (a company based in Seattle which currently operates about 30 hotels, resorts and conference centres, including an additional portfolio of more than 80 consultation projects across the USA, Canada, Mexico, Portugal and the United Kingdom) and Luís Silvério, with more than 20 years experience in financial management, real estate, tourism and investment funds.
