The Auchan Group awarded to MSF two construction contracts of works relative to the new Alegro Shopping Centre of Setúbal, whose opening date is planned for the 4^th quarter of 2014. Representing a total value of approximately 30 million euros, both have been entrusted to a joint venture (ACE) led by MSF.

The first contract, relative to the structure, involves the execution of earthworks, retaining walls, foundations and the shopping centre’s structure in reinforced concrete. It started in the 1^st quarter of 2013, with an estimated execution period of 15 months and a total value of 15 million euros. The second contract, which is just starting, refers to the finishing’s and Water Service installations, with a value very similar to that of the first.

The shopping centre, with a gross construction area of 137,000m2, will have 115 shops, 20 restaurants, 10 cinema halls and 2,600 parking places, in addition to the remodelled hypermarket.
