REORGANISATION OF THE STRUCTURE OF MSF INTO REGIONAL MARKETS

Since 1997, MSF has been developing projects in Angola, Bulgaria, Cape Verde, Cameroon, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Ghana, India, Malta, Mozambique, Namibia, Poland, Qatar, São Tomé e Principe, Senegal and United Arab Emirates, and is studying for further investments and expand to other countries of Africa, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

In order to optimise the management of the resources in each of these international markets, a reorganisation of MSF’s structure has been developed and implemented, with the creation of various Market Regions.

Hence, eight international Market Regions were created so as to cover the countries where the company is already present or in which it intends to initiate business: West Africa, Ghana Gulf, Guinea Gulf, Atlantic Austral Africa, Indic Austral Africa, Eastern Europe and Asia, India and the Middle East.

This reorganisation embodies a strengthening of MSF’s focus on internationalisation, which it intends to pursue with the execution of works that contribute to the development of the different countries where it operates, in particular through the participation in the design and construction of the most diverse types of engineering projects, in which MSF applies its vast experience and highly qualified resources, and thus meeting the requirements of the different markets.
