Herdade da Comporta awarded to NEODUNES ACE, led by Neocivil/MSF, the construction of the AmanDuna Hotel & SPA, the Club House and the Natural Resource Centre of Comporta Dunes Golf Course, contract works that, as a whole, come to 28 million euros.

The first Hotel & Spa operated in Portugal by the international chain AMANRESORTS, a 5-star hotel, will have 24 Guest Pavilions, 14 Junior Suites and 2 suites, comprising a total of 40 accommodation units, with areas of around 135m2 per room, half of which include a swimming pool. The SPA AMAN will be installed in the central building of the Hotel, with an area of close to 2,000m2 and comprises of a gym, sauna, Turkish bath and specialised treatment rooms.

In addition to Hotel Amanduna, the awarded contract also includes the construction of the infrastructures associated to the golf course, designed by David McLay Kidd, and the Club House, designed by Eduardo Souto Moura, one of the most highly reputed architects at a worldwide level.

Neocivil leads the awarded joint venture, having a vast experience in works of this type, whose fundamental concept is based on excellence of construction and compliance with deadlines. This contract will be executed in 15 months, with the work having already started in November.
